Digital-asset markets are highly volatile. Prices can decline sharply and without warning. The value of a portfolio managed by Evolance may go down as well as up, and you may lose some or all of the capital you deposit.

The Service uses quantitative models and AI-assisted execution. Models may fail to adapt to novel market regimes, may generate incorrect signals, or may behave unexpectedly under stressed conditions. Circuit breakers and risk gates reduce - but do not eliminate - this risk.

Some digital assets and trading venues may become illiquid, particularly during periods of market stress. This can result in wider spreads, execution slippage, or delays in closing positions or processing withdrawals.

The Service relies on third-party venues, custodians, and on-ramp/off-ramp partners. These counterparties may become insolvent, be hacked, or otherwise fail to perform. Evolance conducts due diligence on counterparties and uses cold-storage practices for the majority of client assets, but residual counterparty risk cannot be removed.

Digital assets face specific cybersecurity risks, including private-key compromise, phishing, and smart-contract exploits. Operational incidents may cause temporary service disruption. Evolance maintains defensive controls, monitoring, and business continuity procedures to mitigate these risks.

The legal and regulatory treatment of digital assets is evolving in most jurisdictions. Changes in law, regulation, or tax treatment may adversely affect the Service, individual strategies, or your ability to hold or transfer digital assets.
